Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in energy origination and/or development Experience with data center development is a plus Strong financial acumen and business strategy expertise Experience in executive-level presentations Exceptional interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively in a flat organizational structure Skilled in multi-tasking and managing conflicting priorities

Manage data center development opportunities across the United States Secure project site control and interconnection positions Conduct project due diligence Oversee the entire development lifecycle for data center loads Negotiate commercial terms with counterparties Identify strategic business opportunities and mitigate risks Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses Lead data center development opportunities and manage development budgets Develop and implement growth strategies Provide direction to internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) Prepare and present transaction approval documentation Represent the company at public hearings and industry forums
