Director or Senior Director Project Development - ERCOT

Manage Origis’ Central Region, which includes ERCOT and SPP.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute annual goals for existing projects and site new projects.
Acquire new projects and manage interconnection applications in coordination with land and transmission teams.
Lead project permitting processes and guide projects through LGIA Execution.
Evaluate transmission grids and land constraints to secure project sites.
Direct Tier 1 consultants to conduct early-stage risk analysis and execute development permitting.
Lead or support PPA negotiations and manage key customer relationships.
Organize development documentation for Investment, Finance, and Construction teams.
Manage vendors and project budgets via SAP.
