10+ years of experience in environmental regulation, permitting, or environmental review. Strong track record leading NEPA processes or major permitting activities for large infrastructure or energy projects. Strong technical knowledge of NEPA (EA/EIS), environmental impact analysis, ecological and cultural-resource frameworks, and interagency coordination. Working knowledge of key permitting frameworks and processes across federal, state, tribal, and local jurisdictions. Direct experience engaging with permitting authorities. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams and coordinate cross-functional work. Experience developing integrated environmental strategies and permitting roadmaps. Strong understanding of environmental QA and records/document-control practices. Excellent communication skills, including drafting and reviewing environmental reports, technical documentation, and agency correspondence. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, ecology, natural resources, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred. Experience with nuclear-related environmental reviews, FOAK technologies, or multi-jurisdictional permitting is highly desirable. Experience supporting senior leaders in high-visibility environmental or permitting engagements is a plus.
