Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities with the external Salesforce implementation vendor. Review, validate, and approve business requirements, system designs, and development deliverables. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure adequate testing coverage, and track issue resolution. Configure and administer Salesforce components, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows. Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics. Ensure seamless integration with CarPro, Genesys, MuleSoft, and Data Warehouse platforms. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users. Enforce Salesforce security standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements. Act as the primary internal subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce operations, enhancements, and best practices.
