Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in system integration, middleware, or enterprise integration roles Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration security protocols (OAuth, JWT, TLS) Proven experience coordinating with external vendors and managing complex integration initiatives Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all MuleSoft integration activities Review, validate, and document API designs, integration architecture, and deployment processes Ensure API governance, standardization, security, and best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements, priorities, and roadmaps Monitor, support, and optimize integrations between CarPro, Salesforce, Genesys, and other enterprise systems Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure adherence to SLAs Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports Support internal knowledge transfer to build in-house integration capabilities Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for API-led connectivity, middleware architecture, and MuleSoft operations
