- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Administer Sales Engagement/Agentforce or equivalent tools.
- Build and maintain advanced automation using Salesforce Flow.
- Design and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity through audits and governance best practices.
- Provide remote training, documentation, and user support.
- Partner with teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor system performance, manage releases, and evaluate new tools.
- Participate in occasional travel for planning sessions and team coordination.
