Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for Sales Cloud and engagement tools. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation. Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Administer Sales Engagement/Agentforce or equivalent tools. Build and maintain advanced automation using Salesforce Flow. Design and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics. Ensure data integrity through audits and governance best practices. Provide remote training, documentation, and user support. Partner with teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions. Monitor system performance, manage releases, and evaluate new tools. Participate in occasional travel for planning sessions and team coordination.
