Requirements:
18+ months in Salesforce Development and Integration. Knowledge of the technical domains of Salesforce including cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations. Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests. Understanding of E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems & applications. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata) and best practices for common integration scenarios. Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components. Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle. Participate in technical design sessions. Develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives. Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Troubleshoot and fix issues.
Responsibilities:
Lead the complete end-to-end customer experience. Coordinate and run the resolution of critical technical issues. Research, document, and prioritize customer issues. Raise issues to Product Engineering when required. Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned product functionality areas. Provide peer mentorship to team members. Create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency. Provide advanced technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Design and implement high-scale distributed systems. Understand scaling, availability, and operational concerns for large systems. Design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex coding, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues reported by users. Debug production code to identify root causes of bugs and system errors. Provide detailed technical explanations to users with varying technical expertise.
