Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (configuration, customization, testing). Strong declarative and programmatic Salesforce skills (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning Components). Experience with Salesforce administration, security, and object customization. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices. Experience with testing methodologies and debugging Salesforce applications. Knowledge of deployment and version control tools (ANT, Change Sets, GIT, Jenkins). Proficiency with code versioning and collaboration tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence).
Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows). Perform Salesforce administration (user management, security, object customization). Create and manage Reports and Dashboards. Conduct data migrations using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and ETL tools. Automate business processes using Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows. Support testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT). Debug and resolve issues in Salesforce applications and integrations. Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders. Maintain technical documentation and deploy code (Change Sets, ANT, GIT, Jenkins, Force.com IDE). Take on additional tasks as needed.
