Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience with Sales Cloud, including managing configurations, building automation, and supporting users in production environments at scale. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of database data management experience, with a strong understanding of data quality, relationships, and how to maintain clean, reliable information at scale. Subject matter expertise in at least one facet of Salesforce (Lightning, CPQ, Communities, Revenue Cloud, advanced automation, etc.). Advanced technical configuration skills across Salesforce workflows, flows, process builders, reports, dashboards, and dataloader. Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical users, write clear documentation, and effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization. Organized problem-solver with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and follow through on commitments. Leadership mindset with the ability to review, mentor, and guide the work of junior team members while collaborating effectively with IT, InfoSec, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflows, process builders, flows, dashboards, reports, and system configurations. Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one facet of Salesforce (Lightning, CPQ, Communities, Revenue Cloud, or advanced automation). Field requests and issues from internal users, devise practical solutions, and track/resolve cases. Build, test, debug, and document Salesforce components. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new Salesforce features. Perform package upgrades, assess operational risks, implement monitoring improvements, and proactively maintain applications. Define and implement focused monitoring and analysis to enhance the environment. Partner with Internal IT and InfoSec to ensure platform performance, security, and availability. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, build solutions, and manage rollouts. Collaborate with database managers and mentor junior administrators on platform and data integrity standards. Ensure quality assurance across all team deliverables. Manage Salesforce-related projects from requirements gathering through deployment. Evaluate and follow through on issues and problems until resolved or appropriately escalated.
