Native-level fluency in Korean. Professional conversational English. Strong sales mindset & entrepreneurial drive. Excellent communication skills. Experience in sales or customer service and working with CRM systems (a plus).
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire customer journey, from the first consultation to long-term support. Advise parents and students, recommend learning solutions, and match them with tutors. Successfully close contracts and inspire families with tutoring packages. Manage client portfolio, drive retention, and improve the learning experience. Increase revenue through strategic upselling and encourage referrals.
