Project Manager - SaaS Implementation (Virtual/Remote)

At least five years of project management experience, preferably in public health or health informatics Bachelor’s Degree required Self-starter, internally motivated, and able to take initiative Experience with Federal agencies, public health agencies, laboratories, or member-based organizations Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Visio, Project) Capable of working under tight deadlines and handling multiple projects Excellent client relations, presentation, organizational, writing, and communication skills Ability to communicate with diverse individuals Ability to record and deliver information, explain procedures, and contribute to technical assistance initiatives

Prepare and track formal project correspondence Develop and maintain project plans using Smartsheet or Microsoft Project Track project burn rate Understand products and contract deliverables Communicate and address out-of-scope work requests Request funding approval for out-of-scope work Identify and mitigate potential project risks Review client complaints and improve client experience Create monthly project status reports and provide metrics Create and update Jira tickets for project deliverables Prioritize and update internal team tickets Manage project scope through change control procedures Direct, lead, and mentor project team members Provide project status updates to management, team, and client Manage project utilization, allocation, and burn Facilitate regular project team and client meetings Develop standardized processes for small projects Assist in RFP responses
