SaaS Implementation Manager

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is a plus Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%)

Own the entire implementation lifecycle from project planning to go-live Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables Guide clinics through migration of existing workflows to a new platform Build and manage project plans and timelines Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients Communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership Collaborate with Product and Engineering on new features or integrations
