Senior Solutions Engineer, Healthcare

Lead discovery with account executives and translate prospect pain points, current processes, and desired future states into demonstration criteria.
Deliver tailored demos, executive presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept builds for enterprise opportunities.
Build demonstrations around prospects’ clinical workflows and maintain the demo environments.
Lead technical discovery of current-state systems, HRIS and LMS integrations, single sign-on, data flows, and compliance requirements.
Partner with account executives on business cases covering clinical and quality outcomes, educator time, accreditation readiness, and ROI.
Own technical, integration, and security sections of RFIs, RFPs, and questionnaires.
Resolve technical questions during the sales cycle.
Maintain the demo playbook and certify account executives to demo smaller deals.
Document the agreed solution for implementation handoff and bring field insight back to product.
Log demo activity in HubSpot.
