Implementation Project Manager

5+ years of experience in implementation and/or project management, specifically leading complex SaaS implementations. Prior experience at a B2B SaaS startup, ideally in health tech, digital health, or healthcare operations. Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects in a complex organizational environment. Proven track record of successful technical project delivery. Proven track record of leading end-to-end client implementations. Exceptional client-facing communication: executive presence, ability to lead stakeholder calls, be the technical translator. Experience with SaaS configuration (integrations, APIs, workflows, permissions, reporting). Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, and Asana. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Own and drive the Implementation phase of the customer journey. Manage several projects in parallel, including top priority enterprise accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for customers. Project manage the end-to-end implementation process. Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams. Work with customers directly to set them up for success. Advocate for customer needs internally. Build systems and tools to make processes more efficient. Build project plans with clear milestones and hold parties accountable. Proactively project manage implementation end-to-end. Align on key milestones and workflows with internal and external teams. Identify blockers and partner to resolve them. Collaborate to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Support large customers with data model and import requirements. Communicate with product/engineering teams regarding APIs, integrations, or system configurations. Ensure customers achieve first value with Medallion. Identify opportunity areas and create feedback loops. Identify gaps in current implementation process. Drive development of processes and resources for scalability and customer NPS. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
