Requirements:
10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, or consulting. Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives. Highly developed executive presence. Strong facilitation and convening skills. Experience building, refining, and/or executing servicing motions, tools, or playbooks. Confident and proven people management skills. Commercially minded and metrics-driven. Collaborative leadership style. High-motor, entrepreneurial orientation. Facility with Salesforce or other CRM preferred. Experience working with corporate social impact/CSR, philanthropic, or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own Unit Renewal, Net Revenue Retention, and Growth Goals for a portfolio of high-value members. Oversee strategic account servicing, developing tailored strategies aligned to member priorities. Coach and mentor Member Success partners, modeling best-in-class servicing behaviors. Inform and refine programming to ensure relevance and responsiveness to member priorities. Facilitate in-person and virtual convenings with senior leaders. Actively foster peer-to-peer connection and collaboration within the community.
