Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience. 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience. Ability to work as a positive team member and be flexible. High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, customer-centric environment. Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and find innovative solutions. Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse). Ability to work conscientiously with minimal direction. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and tech savvy. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
