Responsibilities:
Design and own end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM and Operations functions Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy Own full-cycle recruiting execution Build and maintain proactive, high-quality talent pipelines Personally manage a hands-on requisition load Lead and mentor a GTM Recruiter Champion an exceptional candidate experience Leverage recruiting metrics and funnel data Develop scalable sourcing strategies Partner with People Ops, Talent Ops, and Finance to improve recruiting tools
