Requirements:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. At least 2+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment. Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company. Hands-on experience with recruiting in the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets. Strong understanding of recruiting in fast-paced environments. Passion for data-driven recruiting and comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with diverse, international teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles (sales, post-sales, marketing) across multiple regions. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop hiring strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
