5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. At least 2+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment. Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company. Hands-on experience with recruiting in the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets. Strong understanding of recruiting in fast-paced environments. Passion for data-driven recruiting and comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with diverse, international teams.
