Requirements:
Successful track record of personally growing ARR and outperforming quotas. Successfully sold a startup product. Successfully sold an Enterprise Software Product and led a consultative sales process. Proven ability to source their own deals. Experience working closely with technical Solution Architects. Proven ability to build a network within an industry. Experience partnering with Marketing teams. Knowledge of partnering with Product Leaders to incorporate customer needs into Product strategy.
Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales quota. Oversee end-to-end sales process in assigned territories. Source leads and develop relationships with senior insurance stakeholders. Lead enterprise sales process, conduct presentations, and manage product pilots. Create business proposals and negotiate commercial terms. Shape and embed a productive sales culture. Develop deep understanding of the global Insurance landscape. Build a network of Insurance and Claims leaders. Collaborate with the Marketing team on targeted campaign messages. Partner with Engagement/Customer Success for onboarding, retention, and account growth. Influence Product Roadmap by sharing client feedback. Document sales activity and manage pipeline in HubSpot.
