Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 6+ years' relevant experience At least 3 years experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and full recruiting lifecycle management At least 2 years experience sourcing passive candidates At least 2 years experience with recruiting in Government Contracting Industry Experience with applicant vetting, especially science and healthcare markets Experience with employment law and regulations (EEO, ADA, FLSA) Intermediate experience with candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Handshake) Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office productivity software and collaboration tools Proficiency in Workable Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for sourcing and engaging applicants from various channels Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand position requirements Provide expert oversight for the full recruiting life cycle Ensure compliance with government regulations and security clearance requirements Observe labor market trends and advise hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies Actively promote Ripple Effect externally through professional networks and social media
