- At least 5-8+ years of recruiting experience
- At least two years of people management experience, overseeing a team of four or more recruiters
- Experience in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment
- Work authorized in the United States

- Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using various methods
- Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align on hiring targets
- Identify new ways to source candidates and broaden the applicant pool
