Requirements:
  • At least 5-8+ years of recruiting experience
  • At least two years of people management experience, overseeing a team of four or more recruiters
  • Experience in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment
  • Work authorized in the United States
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Ability to utilize different types of social media platforms to source top talent

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of 4-8 recruiters, using data to inform performance management
  • Operationalize improvements to our recruiting process based on insights from Talent team data
  • Coach direct reports to increase productivity and performance
  • Act as the DRI for team performance and upward reporting
  • Manage ATS and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring daily
  • Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using various methods
  • Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align on hiring targets
  • Identify new ways to source candidates and broaden the applicant pool
