Manager of Sales Enablement

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university A minimum of 2 years in a training or education role A combination of at least 5 years of sales, clinical and training experience working within the diabetes industry Experience in curriculum development Experience in skill building workshop design Experience in facilitation skills Experience in remote learning facilitation Experience in field coaching Experience in a leadership role or completion of a leadership development course preferred

Support development and implementation of new hire sales training Maintain and update training curriculum for new product innovations Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales messaging and collateral Maintain and support a remote training program via e-learning software Support and maintain a sales training program for external partners Provide routine field-based sales and clinical coaching
