Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in digital product management, user experience (UX), or related roles Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Experience with project management and marketing platforms (e.g., Monday.com) Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategies Excellent collaboration and influencing skills High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities Solid understanding of core marketing principles Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities Experience with commerce engines (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce Cloud) is preferred Familiarity with website ecosystem platforms (CMS, Analytics, OMS, etc.) is preferred Experience in UX/UI design, mockup development, and consumer journey mapping is preferred Knowledge of the nutrition industry is a plus
