Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid advertising strategies on Google PPC, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. Execute paid media initiatives with a focus on channel management, budget allocation, and ad optimization. Collaborate with design and content teams for advertising creatives. Monitor, report, and optimize digital campaigns using A/B testing and analytics. Work with third-party vendors and agencies for paid media initiatives. Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns in HubSpot. Develop and execute strategic email marketing plans with segmentation and personalization. Build and optimize high-converting landing pages using HubSpot for lead generation. Ensure lead scoring models and lifecycle marketing programs align with business objectives. Develop reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems. Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Create regular performance reports for leadership and teams. Implement continuous optimization strategies based on metrics. Document and share best practices for digital marketing processes.
