Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 3+ years’ experience working in a Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultant role. Previous experiences in a SaaS B2B company (LMS experiences will be a plus). Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Ability to share technical knowledge with an upbeat pace and positive mindset.
Responsibilities:
Align customer growth objectives to 360Learning capabilities. Become an internal expert in 360Learning technology. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Configure demo environments to meet presentation needs. Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customer organizations. Contribute to the growth of the Sales Engineer department by identifying best practices and designing new processes. Assist in recruitment efforts for the Sales Engineer team.
