Territory Sales Manager

5+ years outside/inside Sales Experience or a similar field - Natural channel preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Proficient in Google products (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail, Drive) Proficient in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar) Willing to travel in assigned territory Powerful interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Understanding and experience with Distributors, Wholesalers preferred Ability to analyze sales data and trends to create effective sales presentations Demonstrate consultative sales and negotiation skills Comfortable with managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Present, sell, and merchandise promotions and seasonal deals Introduce and launch new items in assigned accounts Ensure top products are on shelf and discounts are applied Educate retailers on products Develop and cultivate relationships with key decision makers Collaborate interdepartmentally Provide feedback from retail to management Provide store level support for events Ensure appropriate store coverage by reviewing store list and building efficient routes Merchandise retail locations Manage expenses appropriately and within budget Process orders, returns, credit memos, and other service needs Review daily reports to ensure tracking performance to goals and targets
