- Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, events, and partner leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to first payroll run, including discovery, demos, and closing.
- Build and cultivate referral partnerships with CPAs, insurance brokers, financial advisors, and banks.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate deal-stage tracking, and weekly sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
- Share field insights to inform product, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
