Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of insurance carrier, wholesale or retail agency experience in customer service, sales or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of workers’ comp is required.
  • Strong understanding of payroll and finance processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and demos to promote Hourly's payroll software solutions to potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns, lead-generation activities, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and respond quickly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
