- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in product management within an eCommerce environment.
- Proven experience with headless eCommerce stacks, specifically familiarity with Elastic Path Commerce Engine or similar platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of content management solutions, such as Amplience or comparable systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience is highly desirable.
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our eCommerce solutions.
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing based on business value, customer needs, and technical constraints.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features that enhance our eCommerce platform's functionality and user experience.
- Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and strategic goals, adjusting as necessary based on feedback and market trends.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Support the day-to-day processes of the systems; investigate issues or errors; analyze results and recommend improvements.
- Develop detailed requirements for both internal technical teams and vendors. Work closely with those teams to ensure the developed features meet the requirements.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Perform user acceptance testing; facilitate the creation of test data to ensure modifications are properly tested prior to deployments.
- Update, implement and maintain documentation on processes and procedures.
