- Build and refine target list of priority retail chains and independents
- Lead outreach to buyers and category managers at various retail types
- Secure line review meetings and close new distribution deals
- Negotiate pricing, promo plans, and introductory programs
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to opening orders
- Coordinate samples, sell sheets, and compliance documentation
- Support store level execution including merchandising and ongoing checks
- Plan and execute in-store demos or staff trainings
- Track and report on sales performance in CRM
- Provide feedback to leadership on retailer needs and market trends
- Partner with marketing on retail support tools
- Give input into forecasting and inventory planning
