Responsibilities:
Own the front-end sales pipeline, managing leads. Execute daily outbound touchpoints to book appointments. Qualify leads using a proven framework. Book appointments directly into coach calendars. Re-engage old leads and past prospects. Manage and update lead activities and statuses in the CRM. Use AI tools for call review and message drafting. Participate in coaching, roleplays, and feedback sessions.
