Responsibilities:
Own the front-end sales pipeline and manage leads. Execute 50-100+ daily outbound touchpoints to book appointments. Qualify leads using a proven framework. Book appointments directly into coach calendars. Re-engage old leads and past prospects. Manage and update lead activities and statuses in CRM. Use AI tools to review calls and draft messages. Participate in coaching and roleplay sessions.
