Requirements:
Experienced in outbound sales automation with 2+ years building and managing automated outreach systems, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Deeply familiar with the modern sales stack including CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (Apollo.io, Outreach, Reply.io), and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, 6sense) Skilled at connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make Comfortable with LLMs and prompt engineering Experienced in platform compliance, particularly LinkedIn automation safety limits and GDPR/CCPA requirements Analytically minded with a habit of tracking KPIs (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and running A/B tests Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken Curious about technology and the mobile ecosystem Energized by being part of a technology startup environment Knowledgeable about email deliverability fundamentals is a big plus Exceptionally good with spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
Responsibilities:
Use email or other channels to research, generate and qualify sales leads/opportunities Define and continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas Build targeted, high quality prospect lists using data providers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced filtering criteria Design and execute multi-channel sequences combining automated email, LinkedIn outreach, and manual touchpoints Set up automated personalisation workflows that generate tailored icebreakers, pain point messaging, and contextual content Configure adaptive sequence logic with conditional steps and exit triggers Manage email and LinkedIn account warm-up, monitor daily activity levels, and ensure all outreach maintains natural patterns Track and report on key performance metrics across all channels Run systematic A/B tests on subject lines, messaging angles, timing, and channel mix Establish feedback loops by analysing replies and objections Ensure seamless CRM integration and data synchronisation Configure and train AI auto-responders to handle positive and negative replies, qualify leads, and book meetings automatically Execute defined strategy by driving key demand generation initiatives Rapid adaptation to related Lead Generation Tools Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports Work directly with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Directors
