Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience preferably within the Trading Sector, Trading SaaS, or Capital Markets Technology sectors.
  • Demonstrable track record of closing high-value, complex partnership deals.
  • Deep understanding of the Trading Ecosystem.
  • Payment Systems Expertise, including knowledge of PSPs, merchant accounts, and Tradeopay integration.
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations and SaaS business models.
  • CRM Proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Results-oriented, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional networker with proven ability to build trust with external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop a long-term partnership roadmap.
  • Existing network of contacts within Brokerage, Financial Media, or Trading Technology industries (preferred).
  • Direct experience integrating or selling a payment solution like Tradeopay (preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential strategic partners across various sectors.
  • Lead partnership lifecycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Generate new partnership-driven revenue and exceed targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with partners.
  • Serve as the primary partnership expert for the product suite.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on integration requirements.
  • Develop value propositions and training materials for partners.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and industry trends.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership initiative performance.
