Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a high volume scheduling role, preferably in a recruiting or talent acquisition environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedule candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates. Support and suggest improvements to recruitment processes. Drive the creation and implementation of new candidate experience programs.
