Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Ashby as your ATS, including scheduling, building automation workflows, reports, and dashboards. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communicator - clear, professional, proactive. Problem-solver with a 'can-do' mindset. Adaptable with a positive attitude. Passionate about automation. Understand the importance of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Own core operational workflows: scheduling interviews, updating ATS, managing candidate communications, helping onboard talent. Contribute process ideas to help scale hiring efficiently. Enable recruiters to focus on sourcing and closing by managing behind-the-scenes operations. Deep-dive into company mission, culture, and values. Get hands-on with recruiting tools and review existing workflows. Meet hiring managers and recruiters to understand roles and hiring needs. Audit active candidate pipelines for assigned roles. Take ownership of coordinating interview logistics and candidate communications. Refine scheduling processes, communication templates, and interviewer prep kits. Track and report on key recruiting operations metrics. Partner with recruiters on interview logistics and feedback flow. Proactively identify and surface opportunities for process improvement. Establish and manage repeatable, scalable frameworks for recruiting operations. Own candidate-championing at the operations level. Share insights on operational health of recruiting. Own RecOps improvements such as scheduling optimization and automation enhancements. Contribute to the analysis for recruiting operations and iterate to improve metrics. Contribute to broader People Team initiatives. Help shape and document the recruiting operations playbook.
