Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or a fast-paced administrative role (startup experience preferred). Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly (experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby is a bonus). A proactive mindset. Thrive in dynamic environments where priorities can shift quickly and collaboration is key.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and maintain a seamless recruitment process. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS). Draft and post job descriptions. Assist in onboarding new hires. Support talent initiatives, events, and projects. Identify and help implement process improvements.
