Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. 7-9+ years of progressive, hands-on experience managing large-scale paid social budgets ($250k+/mo). Proven mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including bidding strategies, custom/lookalike audiences, and CAPI. Exceptional analytical skills working with large datasets. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Track record of developing and executing rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
