Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. 7-9+ years of progressive, hands-on experience managing large-scale paid social budgets ($250k+/mo). Proven mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including bidding strategies, custom/lookalike audiences, and CAPI. Exceptional analytical skills working with large datasets. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Track record of developing and executing rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the paid social strategy across platforms. Manage and allocate the paid social budget. Design, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns. Own the measurement and attribution framework for paid social. Define data-backed creative requirements and drive the testing roadmap. Build and scale a robust A/B testing program. Develop sophisticated targeting and retargeting strategies. Stay ahead of platform changes and competitive landscapes. Prepare and present performance readouts to senior leadership. Conduct deep-dive analyses of campaign performance.
