Proven track record of success exceeding customer success goals and maintaining long-term relationships with top-tier clients. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills. Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset. Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives. Strong communication skills – written and verbal. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to lead, manage or influence internal and customer resources. BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.
