Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a customer-facing role. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Paid Social strategy. Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Experience managing project timelines and cross-functional teams. Proven track record of success exceeding customer success goals and maintaining long-term relationships with top-tier clients. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills. Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset. Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives. Strong communication skills – written and verbal. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to lead, manage or influence internal and customer resources. BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and SOCi’s Paid Social capabilities. Lead strategy calls and provide consultative insights aligned with customer goals and budgets. Guide clients through the adoption of SOCi’s AI and Agentic Marketing features. Collaborate with internal Paid Media, Customer Success, and Product teams. Serve as the primary lead for key Assist accounts, partnering with Customer Success Managers. Lead program and project management for Assist initiatives across key customer accounts. Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery. Create and maintain project timelines. Proactively manage risks by identifying potential issues and offering solutions. Present insights and optimizations to national brand stakeholders. Act as a thought leader for assigned accounts, staying abreast of industry trends. Manage all areas of service provided to large multi-location brands.
