Requirements:
Proven experience sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent with creative and proactive approaches Full-cycle engineering recruiting experience, including driving referrals, with a strong track record in a scaling organization Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized
Responsibilities:
Source, attract, and close top talent across all disciplines, owning full-cycle recruiting Deliver a high-touch, efficient candidate experience Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring plans and sourcing strategies Maintain clear, consistent, and thoughtful communication with candidates Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines and relationships
