Requirements:
2+ years' experience selling software to the construction or related industries. 2+ years' experience developing leads from Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other business-related majors strongly preferred. Experience using Sales Force and HubSpot strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, particularly around managing information. Interest in a career in lead generation, business development and client growth. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary. Deadline driven with a high sense of urgency. Diligent, thorough and detail oriented. Passion for working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Research, qualify, and generate sales leads. Initiate communication with prospects via phone and email. Convey company value proposition and schedule product demonstrations. Facilitate warm transfers of opportunities to Sales Reps. Create and use Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and strategic outreach. Vet inbound communications from potential clients. Identify company pain points and assess potential fit. Understand prospect requirements, goals, and concerns. Articulate product value clearly and concisely. Prioritize deadlines to meet team goals. Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of the CRM system.
