Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2 or more years experience as a Client Success Manager / Account Manager in a SaaS organization, Marketing Agency, or Tech Startup. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand customer needs and product fit. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to quickly build rapport with clients. Proven ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy. Honesty and integrity. Familiarity with CRM Platforms, ideally Salesforce.
