Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products or services Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients Become fluent with Array’s value propositions and key product use cases Establish detailed CRM level understanding of clients Become a trusted escalation point for clients Manage renewal cycles / contract negotiation Understand client needs and pain points, tailoring solutions Generate sales reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
