Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store including product uploads, pricing updates, inventory syncing, and collection management. Ensure the site is functioning properly at all times (QA, load speed, checkout flows, etc.). Coordinate with design and development teams for landing page creation and A/B testing. Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and heatmaps. Track KPIs including CVR, AOV, bounce rate, cart abandonment, and LTV. Monitor and troubleshoot dips in sales or technical performance. Plan and execute product launches, bundles, and seasonal promotions. Update product descriptions, images, and merchandising hierarchy. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign implementation. Manage and maintain third-party app integrations (Klaviyo, AfterShip, Loox, Gorgias, etc.). Ensure Shopify apps and backend logic are functioning properly and kept up to date. Partner with the operations team to ensure accurate fulfillment flows, shipping logic, and inventory updates. Support customer service with product/system-related questions or issue resolution.
