Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of mortgage banking or loan administration experience Native-level or near-native spoken and written English with clear pronunciation Ability to communicate in a natural, conversational, and human manner Able to adapt tone, pacing, and wording based on client responses Ability to identify incomplete, incorrect, or unsigned documents Exercises sound judgment in determining when to proceed independently versus when escalation is required Consistently follows documented workflows and SOPs Highly organized, dependable, and disciplined in daily execution Comfortable working inside Smartsheet or comparable tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience working with or coordinating across loan officers, realtors, builders, title companies, appraisers, or similar third-party partners Reliable availability during assigned working hours Willingness to support overtime during peak pipeline or closing periods
Responsibilities:
Support post-approval loan execution Request required documents Coordinate signature on agreements Track completion timelines Ensure items move forward cleanly and on time through closing Operate within existing systems and SOPs Work directly within active client communication threads
