3-5+ years of growth marketing / GTM experience in consumer apps or startups. Proven track record of expanding into the U.S. market. Deep familiarity with TikTok marketing & tools. Skilled in low-cost, high-impact growth experiments. Data-driven approach to building dashboards and measuring metrics. Startup mindset: scrappy, resourceful, experimental.
Responsibilities:
Lead GTM execution for U.S. market expansion. Localize positioning, messaging, and campaigns for the U.S. market. Build relationships with U.S.-based creators, affiliates, and communities. Design and run experiments across acquisition channels. Optimize CAC and identify scalable channels. Implement and optimize viral loops, referral programs, and gamification. Run creator campaigns and affiliate activations on TikTok. Analyze creative performance to drive conversion. Build content + performance dashboards. Collaborate with Product & Ops on marketing experiments and product launches. Provide U.S. market insights for product development.
