3-5+ years of growth marketing / GTM experience in consumer apps or startups. Proven track record of expanding into the U.S. market. Deep familiarity with TikTok marketing & tools. Skilled in low-cost, high-impact growth experiments. Data-driven with ability to build dashboards and measure metrics. Startup mindset: scrappy, resourceful, experimental. Willingness to travel to Indonesia HQ as needed.
Responsibilities:
Lead GTM execution for US market expansion. Localize positioning, messaging, and campaigns. Build relationships with US creators, affiliates, and communities. Design and run experiments across acquisition channels. Optimize CAC and identify scalable channels. Implement viral loops, referral programs, and gamification. Run creator campaigns and affiliate activations on TikTok. Analyze creative performance for conversion drivers. Build content and performance dashboards. Collaborate with Product & Ops for marketing/product alignment. Provide US market insights for product development.
