Requirements:
Proven experience sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent. Full-cycle engineering recruiting experience. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized.
Responsibilities:
Source, attract, and close top talent across all disciplines. Deliver a high-touch, efficient candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring plans and sourcing strategies. Maintain clear, consistent, and thoughtful communication with candidates. Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines and relationships.
