Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors Strong outbound sales/cold outreach skills, including LinkedIn prospecting Documented achievements in exceeding sales targets Confidence in phone conversations and excellent communication skills Proficiency with tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom, Webex, MS Office Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize work independently Excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling skills Fluency in German is essential
