3+ years’ Inside Sales experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors Strong outbound/cold outreach skills, including LinkedIn prospecting Proven track record of exceeding targets Confident phone presence and excellent communication Proficient with tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom, Webex, MS Office CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong listening, presentation, and objection-handling skills Experience selling industrial products, lubricants, chemicals, or related goods (advantage but not essential) Degree-level education preferred Fluency in German is essential
