Channel Account Manager

Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
Assist distributor sales teams in driving growth of instrument and consumable product lines.
Analyze and implement operational plans to drive revenue, and prepare forecasts for executive management.
Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns.
Develop mechanisms for technical training of distribution employees in pre-sales and post-sales.
Represent distributor partners and their end users across Element’s organization.
Resolve complex problems by connecting internal resources with external partners and clients.
Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure timely reporting.
Develop strategic plans to improve sales and marketing in distributor markets, including Singapore and SEA.
Manage communications with distributors, escalate issues and opportunities, and monitor regional competitors.
