Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or a PhD with relevant experience in NGS library construction.
  • Preferably experienced with NGS sequencing instruments, sequencing run setup, and NGS sample and library prep workflows.
  • Knowledge in cell biology, microscopy, and multiomics is preferred.
  • Must be highly motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Skills in nucleic acids and protein analytical methods.
  • Ability to generate high-quality, reproducible wet-lab data.
  • Comfortable with technical project discussions.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Demonstrated account management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Frequently traveling to customer sites to provide support.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to user's technical skills, biochemistry, experimental design, software, and instruments.
  • Supporting the commercial team and customers with technical applications and offering product training.
  • Displaying professionalism and technical knowledge in customer interactions.
  • Providing competitive feedback to marketing and product development, and leading beta tests.
  • Collaborating with key decision-makers and senior managers on significant issues.
  • Assisting in pre and post sales activities requiring technical depth.
  • Delivering customer training and workshops, both in-person and remote.
  • Utilizing CRM software to document customer opportunities.
  • Collaborating internally to resolve customer issues.
